Message	plenum. It will take about a half a day to do clean and ill leave the lower plenum to you. The lower intake is in my opinion easier then the plenum. I did both and they turned out good but make sure you have the tools up front. Here is my plenum up close. It looks better in person then what the camera shows. I just used fine sanding drums and grinding stones on the air compressor and i got about 6-8" in side the plenum.
